SWIPE HEIST
PRIVACY
Effective August 22, 2026 / Version 14.2.4
SUMMARY
Swipe Heist can be played without creating an account and does not request your real name, email, contacts, photos or precise location. Most game data stays in local storage on your device. Pi features are optional and appear only when the game is opened through Pi.
ON-DEVICE DATA
Campaign progress, currencies, revive kits, owned items, the equipped gear loadout and unlocked item slots, equipped crew and style, completed Mastery Contracts, Crew Bond XP, Case Board XP and claimed rewards, tactical-choice counts, store entitlements, scores, Daily Heist attempts and rewards, difficulty rating, lifetime career statistics, achievements, accessibility preferences, settings, daily activity and an anonymous player ID are stored locally. The in-game Reset Progress action removes this local save and creates a new anonymous ID.
RIVAL AND DAILY BOARDS
To enter Rivals and Daily Survival rankings, you choose a public username. The server receives that username, a pseudonymous player ID, level, best distance, virtual Rival Chip balance, owned Rival Armory items, posted stake, recorded run and race result. The server locks equal in-game Rival Chip stakes, reserves each private race to its selected challenger, awards the full virtual pot to the winner, and refunds expired reservations. Rival Chips have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed. Daily Survival sends the UTC date and best score, displays real player rankings, and records one placement-reward claim after a completed day. Daily scores are retained for no more than 14 days and reward receipts for no more than 45 days. Inactive rival records are retained for no more than 90 days. The game does not request an email, legal name, contacts or precise location.
OPTIONAL ANALYTICS
Anonymous analytics are off by default. If you enable them in Settings, the game sends pseudonymous onboarding, screen, heist, shop-funnel, performance and stability events to the Swipe Heist service. These records do not contain your email, real name, contacts, precise location or payment details, are not sold or shared with advertising partners, and expire after 30 days. You can turn consent off again at any time.
RESULT SHARING
Result sharing happens only after you press Share the Score. The prepared text can include the level, fictional location, payout or Daily Heist score, mastery, distance, combo and chosen tactic, but does not include your player ID or callsign. The game passes this text to a publisher-provided share bridge, the device share sheet, or the clipboard; nothing is shared until you choose a destination or paste it.
ADS AND PURCHASES
The Android build includes Google Mobile Ads for optional rewarded videos and an interstitial after every four newly cleared Campaign levels. Interstitials appear only at the post-level break, never during play, after failures, or in Daily Survival, Rivals, or Night Jobs. Rewarded offers state the exact in-game reward before you choose whether to watch. The Google Mobile Ads SDK can automatically collect and share IP address, app interactions such as launches, taps and video views, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Google encrypts this data in transit. The build also uses Google Play Billing for optional currency packs and permanent extras, including the Case Pass. Google Play displays and processes payment; Swipe Heist does not receive card or bank details. Browser builds hide ads and paid offers when no compatible provider is available.
PI TESTNET FEATURES
When you choose to connect through Pi Browser, Pi supplies an access token, Pi user ID and username so the server can verify your account. Testnet purchases store the Pi payment ID, transaction ID, amount, product and fulfillment status. The optional Claim Test Pi action also stores the receiving Pi user ID and username, amount, payment ID, transaction ID and delivery status to enforce one tester reward per Pi user. Wallet passphrases and private keys are never requested from players or stored in the browser. Test Pi has no monetary value.
SECURITY AND RETENTION
The Rival Exchange, Daily Heist and Wanted boards use HTTPS, a production database, pseudonymous per-device player credentials, server-authoritative virtual-stake settlement and bounded score inputs. Rival reservations expire after eight minutes and return the challenger's locked Rival Chips if no result was settled. Daily scores expire after 14 days, analytics after 30 days, and inactive rival and race records after 90 days. Local game data remains until you reset it, clear application storage or uninstall the app.
CHILDREN AND REGIONAL RIGHTS
Where applicable, you may request access to or deletion of your data through the verified support channel displayed on the official Google Play or Pi listing.
DELETE YOUR DATA
Open Swipe Heist Settings and copy your Support Player ID. Send a request with the subject “Swipe Heist data deletion” to the verified support contact on the official store listing and include that ID. The publisher will delete the competitive profile, username, Rival records, Daily submissions and optional analytics associated with it. Local-only progress can be removed immediately with Reset Progress, by clearing application storage or by uninstalling the app. Records that must be retained for transaction verification, fraud prevention, accounting or legal compliance may be kept only as long as required.
CONTACT
Use the verified support contact on Swipe Heist's official store listing for privacy questions. This notice is kept current with the production services and SDKs used by the game.
